The service tech, came out promptly diagnosed unit and gave me a repair cost, I don’t remember his name but felt very confident in his diagnosis, I decided to get estimate for replacement, same day Geo came and gave me replacement price and I went with that. Next morning at 8 Andrio and Morrisio showed up with replacement unit, both very pleasant and at 12:30 had replacement installed and working.
