Started the day by meeting me at the garage door after they arrived and introduced themselves. Very personable and friendly from the beginning. They explained what they were going to do and gave a bit of a timeline. Immediately after that they got right to work. Super polite and engaging if I had a question. I had to guard to keep from asking them to many “interested questions”. These guys are Polite, knowledgeable and very professional; they definitely know their business and had everything done and cleaned up before 6, because I made them stop for lunch with me. “Zach & Nic came to clean out dryer vent.
They had to research where the vent existed. Found the outside vent under the deck. In order to get to vent had to cut a small hole on deck to get to vent since prior owners put deck boards on top of vent.
Once they were able to get to vent they cleared vent shaft completely. Cleaned up areas inside & out. Made sure dryer was working & air was vented outside.
